In hurumanu, we have done research of the WW1. The WW1 is a battle of the country, the New Zealand fight to so they will not be the target of the enemy. They fight each other, the country is fighting until the end. The New Zealand soldier had 8000 dead armies and 42000 wounded. The dead people we didn't bring there body's back to New Zealand so the memorials like they grave.
The memorial it's has all the names of the army who died in WW1, and every of the army has the name to the rock there named is the one who saved New Zealand.
We make our own memorial it's a drawing but the other it's a goggle draw, I did a google drawing. This is my memorial draw, the other student make this too, to the paper and to the goggle drawing. They do it too.
