Mental Health

Mental health is your feelings like when you have a big anger over just nothing but it just strikes a fire in your brain. When you are angry you seem to strike out of control and it is like there is something making you do that it is a weird feeling but it is within you. When you are happy you go jumping and singing and it feels like you can't be broken from that feeling. When your stressed you seem to aim at someone with that emotion. you deal with your emotions by talking to someone. you talk to Mark or Sarah or teachers or and adult. when your at home you could talk to your parents and your sisters and pets. when your at school you could talk to Mark Sarah and teachers.
